All payments for lessons and coaching sessions are processed securely via Stripe.
Payment must be completed in advance to confirm your booking.
Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Booking & Sessions
All bookings are made via Ostacchini.co.uk through Cal.com.
For the Full Programme, after you book and secure your first lesson, a welcome email with a unique link to book the remaining three lessons will be sent automatically.
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A meeting link will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for your session.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, or no-shows, are not refundable.
Lessons can be rescheduled to a later date or time rather than cancelled if needed.
I will always try to be accommodating with last-minute changes where possible.
